We started off operations in September 2000 and offer educational services through our crèche, playgroup, nursery and grade school classes and also offer workshops, training and consultancy services through our sister company Dorothy’s Consult. Our aims are: (1) to breed a unique class of children using God's laid down principles with a view to cultivating strong moral values that will equip these children to stand out in society and also enable them affect their society positively, (2)that each child achieves success in school on a daily basis, (3) to develop the interests and habits of each child to its' full potential, (4) to foster an environment where each child feels wanted and valued and shows concern and respect for each other and the school environment. We intend to enhance the mental, physical and social development of children by providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment that allows children to learn in a natural and pleasurable way. We have a newsletter, The King's Voice and a magazine Toddler Times through which we keep in touch with parents and provide information, education and wholesome entertainment for preschoolers and their parents. Daily and weekly reports are issued to parents, showing the progress of their children. Parents are encouraged to engage in day to day communication at drop-off and pick-up times with staff for exchanges of information about their children. The school organises different term activities such as The Christmas Party in the first term, the Sports Day and Easter Concert during the second term and school trips and valedictory sessions during the third term. In addition to the normal school curriculum, we have activities focusing on computers, arts & crafts, dance and drama, swimming, chess, music and language classes. The King's School is a home away from home for our children.
