Speaking at this year’s Schools Summit Africa was once again a delight.

It was a great opportunity to share insights, connect with education professionals, and network with speakers and facilitators from different parts of Africa.

My session,“The Role of Support Staff in School Transformation,”was particularly timely and enriching. Support staff play a significant role in the smooth running, culture, and overall success of a school, and I was pleased to contribute to the conversation.

If you have followed my work for a while, you may recall that I was also a speaker at the inaugural edition of Schools Summit Africa last year, where I spoke on “Creating Processes for School Growth and Sustainability."
