Its real and happening almost everyday, I got a very disheartening message yesterday of how a young guy died after an incident happened to him,the last thing that came to his mind was su***de and he drank w**d killer and that was just the end of a very young guy in his early 20's who has a great future ahead of him.

I sincerely feel the need to share this again, Some of us build our identities around appearance,convinced that if we can only be thinner, fitter, handsomer,blonder,curlier,more muscular, prettier, or some other modification of what we look like, our craving for acceptance will be satisfied. Now,we all enjoy looking our best and we need to properly care for the bodies God has entrusted to us,BUT when our appearance becomes our identity, we are in danger of succumbing to problems ranging from eating disorders to insecurity-driven physical alterations.
