The phrase "It have started since" is grammatically incorrect. There are two main issues with this construction:
1. Subject-verb agreement: "It" is a singular subject and requires a singular verb form. The correct form should be "It has" instead of "It have."
2. Tense and aspect: The use of "since" typically requires the present perfect tense to indicate an action that started in the past and continues to the present.
A corrected version of this phrase could be:
"It has started since..."
However, even this corrected version is not commonly used in English. The verb "start" typically describes a single point in time, while "since" is used to indicate a period of time from a specific point in the past until now. Therefore, it's more natural to use verbs that describe ongoing actions or states with "since."
Some more appropriate and common constructions using "since" include:
1. "It has been... since..."
Example: It has been raining since yesterday.
2. "... has/have [verb in past participle] since..."
Example: We have lived here since 2010.
3. "Since [time/event], it has been..."
Example: Since the new policy was implemented, it has been easier to manage our workflow.
These constructions better capture the idea of an action or state that began at a specific point in the past and continues up to the present moment, which is the typical usage of "since" in English[1][2][3].

Clauses
A clause is a group of word s with a finite verb, forming a sentence or part of sentence. It usually has a subject and predicate but unlike sentences, not all clauses can stand alone and make sense. There are two types of clauses; main or independent clause and subordinate or dependent clause.
Main clause
Min or independent cause is a clause that can stand alone and make sense. Examples.
· He was at the office when I arrived
· We took the train because the car broke down
Some sentences consist of more than one main clause connected by a coordinating conjunction such as 'and', 'but' or 'or'. Such sentences are known as compound sentences. Examples:
· I was very angry and he knew it.
· It was a sunny day but it was very cold.
Subordinate Clause
Subordinate or dependent clauses cannot stand on their own for a complete meaning; they rely on the main clause of a sentence. Examples:
· Although he did not write the test, he passed the course
· I bought some books when I travelled to London.
Note that subordinate clauses are introduced by a subordinating conjunction or a relative pronoun.
Noun Clause
A noun clause is a group of words having a finite verb and having its principal subject of discussion as a noun or pronoun.
Functions of Noun clause
1. Subject of a verb: a noun clause functions as the subject of a verb if the noun clause is the subject in the sentence. Examples:
· That she stole the book is the bone of contention
Function: subject of the verb 'is'
· What you are doing may put you in trouble.
Function: subject of the verb 'may put'
2. Object of the verb: a noun clause is the object of a verb in a sentence if that noun clause is the object in the sentence where it appears. Examples:
· She took what belonged to her.
Function: object of the verb 'took'
· The disappearance of the hunchbacks is baffling to those who see it as a mystery
Function: object of the verb 'is baffling'
3. Subject complement: a noun clause which functions
