A young single mother, Eniola, and her little son are on the brink of being thrown out of their home in Lagos. Despite receiving multiple quit notices due to her inability to afford rent, she has now been given a final warning to vacate by July 15th, 2025.

Her situation has become tragically desperate. Eniola has been exposed to predators trying to exploit her vulnerability, and in a bid to survive, she has even considered selling her own organs just to secure shelter for herself and her child.

We must not let this happen.

BASAM Smile Humanitarian Foundation is seeking to urgently raise ₦300,000 to help provide her with a decent mini accommodation and restore her dignity. We also hope to connect her with job opportunities to get back on her feet.

This is more than just a financial need — it’s about saving a life, preserving dignity, and protecting a child from trauma.
