Head of Accounts (HOD Accounts)
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

Head of Accounts

Oversee the company's accounting operations and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Prepare management accounts, budgets, and financial statements.
Coordinate audits and strengthen internal financial controls.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Provide strategic financial leadership and direction.
Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial planning.
Advise executive management on financial performance and investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Applicants should possess:

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred for senior roles).
Proven leadership experience in accounting or finance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience within the private security or service industry is an added advantage.
