At Chalcedony School, the safety of our learners remains our top priority.

In today’s world, children must know how to recognize danger, respond wisely, and seek help when needed. Our latest safety awareness flyer reminds pupils of five important rules:

✅ Don’t talk to strangers
✅ Never go anywhere with a stranger
✅ Go to a safe place if you feel threatened
✅ Shout and get attention when in danger
✅ Tell a trusted adult immediately

Parents and guardians, please take a few moments to discuss these safety tips with your children and reinforce them at home.

Today, we proudly spotlight Jesutofunmi Peculiar Oyeleke and Inioluwa Ayo-Lawal, two outstanding former students of Chalcedony School who have distinguished themselves academically in their respective tertiary institutions.

🏅 Jesutofunmi Peculiar Oyeleke earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and graduated from the University of Indianapolis (U.S.A) with a prestigious distinction of Summa Cum Laude-equivalent of a First Class Honours degree, demonstrating the same commitment to excellence and setting a shining example of what is possible through determination and focus.

🏅 Inioluwa Ayo-Lawal graduated from Howard University, Washington D.C., a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, with a distinction of Summa Cum Laude — the equivalent of a First Class Honours degree. Our Year 6 pupils at Chalcedony School recently explored the concept of Capitalism through a practical buying and selling activity designed to teach entrepreneurship.

The pupils displayed amazing creativity, confidence, and teamwork as they exchanged goods and services while learning valuable business skills such as marketing, customer relations, money management, and profit-making.
