JAMB ANNOUNCES DATE FOR 2026 UTME/DE REGISTRATION

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that registration for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will commence on Friday, January 31, 2026, and conclude on Wednesday, March 5, 2026. This period is crucial for prospective candidates to complete their registration and prepare for the examination.

*Key Dates for JAMB 2026*

- UTME Registration: January 31 March 5, 2026
- Direct Entry (DE) Registration: March 10 - April 7, 2026
- Mock Exam Slip Reprinting: April 5, 2026
- Mock Exam Date: April 10, 2026
- Main Exam Slip Reprinting: April 18, 2026
- Main UTME Exam: April 25-May 5, 2026
- Result Release: May 7, 2026.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released an official notice outlining the procedures and vital tips for candidates registering for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The Board has outlined the basic steps prospective candidates must take to ensure a seamless registration process.
With this announcement, the JAMB 2026 UTME registration is set to commence soon. Prospective UTME candidates are advised to start preparing using the JAMB CBT computer software and JAMB CBT mobile app.
