What do you do when there is no clear answer, no proven model, and no obvious path forward?

That was at the heart of the 2026 LBS MBA Students’ Conference, held last Saturday, as students, alumni, faculty, and industry leaders came together to talk about leadership, uncertainty, complexity, and creating value in a changing world.

Under the theme “Leading Without a Blueprint: How to Build and Lead When There Are No Proven Models to Follow,” the conference featured addresses from H.E. Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (Professor Yemi Osinbajo) and Owen Omogiafo (Owen D. Omogiafo OON), OON, as well as fireside conversations with Ashwin Ravichandran and Prof. Patrick Utomi (Pat Utomi).

The conversation continued with a panel on “Building from the Ground Up,” with Tunde Majekodunmi, Seun Adewumi( Seun Adewumi ) and Olamidun Akinde (Akinde Olamidun ) bringing practical perspectives on building businesses, leading teams and creating value from the ground up.

Beyond the sessions, the day allowed students to exchange ideas, connect with one another, and hear different perspectives on what it takes to lead when there is no blueprint to follow.
