Most construction problems trace back to one thing β bad or missing spatial data. π΄π
3D laser scanning gives your project millimetre-accurate as-built geometry, clash detection capability, and a Digital Twin foundation β all from a single site deployment.
Scan once. Solve everything downstream. Surveys & Geospatial.

Your project is carrying risks you canβt see yet. 3D laser scanning changes that. π΄ποΈ
Hereβs what you get when you bring LiDAR to your site:
π Millimetre-accurate as-built documentation β no guesswork, no manual measurement errors.
π Clash detection before construction β resolve conflicts in the model, not on-site.
π Digital Twin foundation β a georeferenced virtual replica of your asset for long-term facility management.
π Faster design coordination β every discipline working from verified, real-world geometry.
π Legal and contractual protection β irrefutable record of site conditions at any point in time.
The question isnβt whether you can afford 3D laser scanning. Itβs whether you can afford not to. π

The Ark Legacy Project at Canaanland now has a digital counterpart. ποΈβ¨
We completed 3D laser scanning for its Digital Twin β every structure, surface, and spatial element captured with millimetre precision.
Legacy built to last. In every dimension. π΄π

What if you could walk through a building that hasnβt changed β even after everything around it does? ποΈβ¨
Thatβs the power of a Digital Twin. And for the Ark Legacy Project at Canaanland, Living Faith Church, We made it a reality β deploying 3D laser scanning across the entire site to build a precise, georeferenced digital replica of one of Nigeriaβs most significant faith and development landmarks.
Every wall. Every column. Every spatial relationship β captured, modelled, and preserved with millimetre fidelity.
Legacy deserves permanence. In the physical and the digital. ππ΄

That building going up without approved plans? Itβs a demolition notice waiting to happen. ποΈπ
We handled cadastral surveying for a client on Ago Palace Way, Okota β delivering the certified survey plan that anchors their building approval process and keeps their development fully documented and legally protected.
In Lagos, the authorities are not joking. Getting your survey done by a registered professional isnβt bureaucracy β itβs protection for everything youβre investing in that structure.
Do it once. Do it right. π

Lagos doesnβt stop at the shoreline. πποΈ
We executed a bathymetric survey on the Lagos Lagoon in Sangotedo β delivering underwater depth and terrain data for a client planning land reclamation for property development.
Before a single truckload of fill hits the water, the lagoon bed has to be understood β its depths, its contours, its composition. That intelligence is what separates a successful reclamation project from an expensive mistake.
From water to solid ground. Precision all the way. π

Some projects carry weight beyond the technical scope. ποΈπΈ
We were engaged to carry out drone LiDAR mapping for the Ark Legacy Project at Canaanland β the expansive Living Faith Church campus in Idi-Iroko, Ota, Ogun State β one of the most ambitious development projects in Nigeriaβs faith community.
Flying LiDAR sensors over the site, we captured high-density point clouds across every structure, terrain feature, and landscape element β producing geospatial data that will underpin the next phase of this landmark project.
Precision in service of legacy. π

Every bridge begins with a survey. ππ°οΈ
We took on the route survey for the Omu Creek bridge corridor in Sangotedo, Lagos β on behalf of Craneburg Construction Company β mapping the alignment, terrain, and critical elevation data that will guide the entire construction process.
Omu Creek isnβt just a waterway. Itβs a connector waiting to happen. And accurate surveying is what makes the difference between a bridge that works and one that doesnβt.
Proud to be part of the infrastructure shaping Lagos. ποΈ

Your property is only as secure as its documentation. ππ
We carried out cadastral surveying for a property in Ikota, Lagos β a critical step in the perfection of title documents and establishing the legal boundary of the land on record.
A cadastral survey doesnβt just define where your land starts and ends. It produces the certified plan that backs your Governorβs Consent, Deed of Assignment, or Certificate of Occupancy β the documents that give your ownership legal weight and make it defensible in any court or transaction.
Own the land. Secure the title. ποΈ
