Children often struggle with math due to abstract concepts being taught too early, leading to memorization without true understanding and creating math anxiety. Montessori helps by using concrete, hands-on materials that allow children to physically build, see, and touch mathematical relationships, transitioning from tangible, sensory experiences to abstract computation at their own pace.
