Entry Level Career Opportunities for Young and Talented Fresh Graduates In Nigeria’s Capital Market
We are an established capital market operator, issuing house, wealth management and an investment banking firm licensed by Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Our growth and strategic expansion have necessitated the need to engage young and talented graduates to fill entry level management trainee positions in our organisation.
Our ideal candidates for this position are expected to be Graduates and/or Master’s Degree holders in Social Sciences, Business, Accounting/Finance, Sales or Technology.
Position Requirements
· Minimum of 2:1 degree or equivalent Bachelor's degree in the social Sciences or Behavioural Sciences
· Additional Qualification such as M.Sc. in Social and/or behavioural Sciences, or an MBA is an added advantage
· No previous work experience required
· Between 20-26years of age

• Assist the head of department to design and implement all administrative processes and procedures in adherence
to the organization’s policy.
• Manage all communication with various departments in an efficient manner.
• Works to ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization
meets the minimum company standards of conduct and disposition Oversees and manages the corporate
compliance program of the organisation
• Initiate and resolve all communication with legal and regulation departments within and outside the organisation.
• Follow up with all internal audit processes
• Prepare and review capital market paperwork and submit for approval
• Maintain all knowledge as it relates to capital markets as well as SEC.
• Analyze all compliance requirements for various procedures and provide and design initiatives to achieve all
objectives.
• Ensures that the Executive Management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of
regulatory agencies.
Reporting to the Head of Advisory Services, our ideal candidate for this position. Externally he/she will relate institutions
and organisations that are process owners with respect to data and information that drives the operations of our
client’s business as well as SEC, NSE and other regulatory and supervisory agencies in the capital market.
Responsibilities
• Assisting with marketing pitch preparation and research.
• Assisting with financial modelling and credit analysis in respect of finance transactions.
• Gathering and analysing financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Liaison with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Compliance and operations.
• Assisting the team as assigned, to develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
• Maintaining awareness of all economic and financial data and any other important factors (e.g. fiscal changes) likely
to affect the client base and products being marketed.
• Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from successful conclusion of transactions.
Maintain and develop product knowledge.
• Complete all mandatory training as required to maintain competence.
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements as issued from time to time,
including, but not limited to, SEC guidelines,
Compliance policies and procedures, Security policies & procedures; Financial Security requirements, including but
not limited to the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering
Reporting Officer.
