Mummies, this picture is for those asking if Cowbell and other regular milk are good for babies of 2–3 months. 🥺

Muna is 4 months old, and she is still exclusively breastfeeding! ❤️

Please, if you can breastfeed, give your baby only breastmilk for the first 6 months. Those first few weeks when your baby sucks almost every minute can be exhausting, but remember, your baby's tummy is small, so frequent feeding is normal.

No rush to introduce other milk! If you’re worried that your breastmilk isn’t enough, speak with a health professional or give milk thats appropriate for baby.

And please, ordinary Cowbell milk is NOT a substitute for breastmilk or infant formula for babies this young.

Mummies, let's give our babies the best! ❤️
I pray the Lord open financial doors us in Jesus name. Amen

So I saw this on someone's WhatsApp status and decided to bring it here ❤️

Before I got married, I dated a man who taught me one thing I will never forget. Whenever this man was angry or going through any problem, na me, him babe, go collect the hot-hot! 😂 This man dey transfer aggression like water! If anything spoil for his end, my own peace go spoil too. Omo, I was so uncomfortable that I had to end the relationship.

But meeting my husband and living with him for close to 8 years has shown me that a man can be going through a lot and still make you feel loved, safe and appreciated. ❤️

Don't get me wrong, men are human beings too. They have their own struggles, worries and bad days. But there's something beautiful about a man who doesn't make you pay for every battle he's fighting.

And I know say plenty of my beautiful mummies here are married to men like this. Men who may not be perfect, but still try their best to love us even when life is not going smoothly for them. God bless them for us. 🙏❤️

So, my beautiful mummies, let's do a small exercise today! 😁

Go to your husband's WhatsApp or SMS, send him a sweet message appreciating him for something he does, something you love about him, or simply for being the man he is in your life.

End the message with "I LOVE YOU ❤️" and come back here to tell us how he replied! 😂

Let's see the romantic ones, the shy ones, and the ones that will reply, "What happened? Wetin you want?" 🤣

Sometimes, our men need to hear that we see their efforts too. Let's make somebody smile today. ❤️🥰

Abeg, let me go and send my own first before una go say na only advice I sabi give! 😂❤️

MOTHERS, PLEASE, IS THIS HOW SOME BABIES REPAY US FOR CARRYING THEM FOR 9 MONTHS?

Imagine having 3 capable hands in this house to carry your baby, but na YOU alone your baby wants! 😩The moment you try to give her to somebody else, she will start crying as if you want to sell her! 😂

Muna’s new style is beginning to drain me ooo! No, no, no, this one is new to me because I never experienced this kind of thing with my other children. So I already know say this stage go hard for me ooo!

Biko, mummies, how do u cope with babies that want only their mummy? Does this phase eventually pass, or should I just accept my new position as Muna’s full-time carrying chair? 😂

Mummies wey don experience this one, abeg gather here! Make una tell me how una survived this stage because Muna is not smiling with me at all!

WHY DOES YOUR BABY CRY EXCESSIVELY AT NIGHT?
Mummy, have you ever experienced a situation where your baby feeds well, you change their diaper, you carry them, you sing for them, yet the crying continues?
You will be wondering, “This baby, wetin you want again? You don chop, you don sleep, your diaper is clean, so wetin dey make you cry like this?”
My dear mummy, one possible reason is COLIC!
❤️ WHAT IS COLIC?
Colic is when an otherwise healthy baby cries excessively and repeatedly for no obvious reason, often becoming more unsettled in the evening or at night. It commonly starts in the first few weeks of life and usually improves by around 3–4 months.

New mum do you know about this?

MUMMY, BE WORRIED IF YOUR BABY DOES THESE 5 THINGS!

Mummy, some signs in babies should never be ignored!

1. Difficulty breathing – Fast breathing, grunting, or the chest sinking in.
2. Refusing to feed – Especially when your baby repeatedly refuses feeds.
3. Unusual sleepiness – Baby is difficult to wake up or unusually weak.
4. Fewer wet diapers – This may be a sign of dehydration.
5. Fever in a newborn – A temperature is higher in a baby under 3 months needs urgent medical attention.

❤️ Mummy, trust your instincts! If your baby seems seriously unwell, seek medical help immediately. Don't wait for all the signs to appear.

MUMMY, IS YOUR BABY NOT GAINING WEIGHT? HERE ARE 5 POSSIBLE REASONS!

1. Not getting enough milk: Your baby may not be feeding enough to meet their needs.

2. Poor latching: Your baby may struggle to suck and get enough breast milk.

3. Incorrect formula preparation: Mixing formula with too much water can reduce the nutrients your baby receives.

4. Frequent vomiting: Your baby may be losing some of the milk they take in.

5. Underlying health problems: Some infections or medical conditions can affect weight gain.

❤️ Mummy, please take note! Every baby grows at their own pace, but poor weight gain should not be ignored. Visit your baby's healthcare provider to check their growth and identify the cause.
