*You know say to do auxiliary nurse na offence for Nigeria?*

You see eh, Nigeria law talk say for Nursing and Midwifery (Registration, etc.) Act say only people wey register with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) fit do nursing work.

If your name no dey their register, you no be nurse for the eye of the law!!

If you dey do nurse work without registration, the law talk say na offence.😂✅

Section 20(1)(a) talk say: If you practise nursing or talk say you be nurse without registration, you don commit offence.

Punishment?
You go collect Fine
Or prison for up to 2 years. Or you go do both.

Second wahala: Even the name “auxiliary nurse” sef na offence

One of those offences wey happen na Unlawful Assembly – Section 69 criminal code.
The law talk say if three or more people gather and them begin act in dangerous unlawful way, na unlawful Assembly and you go collect 1 year imprisonment (Section 70)..😂😂✅
Once the crowd begin act violently e done turn to Riot – Section 71, and you go collect 3 years imprisonment for this one....😂✅

One judge sentence person to death because he thief fowl: why? 😂😂

Yes, na true say one judge for Osun State High Court sentence Segun Olowookere to death in 2014 because dem say he thief Fowl—and him hold cutlass when e happen.

Wetin cause wahala na say the charge no be just ordinary stealing, but armed robbery..
And the court must follow the law without emotions!!!

Because for under Section 1(2)(a) of the Robbery and Fi****ms (Special Provisions) Act, na death penalty straight if the person carry offensive weapon like cutlass during the act(even if na fowl the person thief)._ And as per Section 6, even person wey join, plan, or help another person do am go still face same punishment like say na him do am.

Na Big mistake!😂

According to Section 23 of the Cybercrime Act, 2015, that kind behavior na serious offence. If you use your computer to watch, collect, share, store, or even find child p**nography, dem fit carry you go jail for 5 years, or you pay fine wey reach ₦10 million, or both!

And if na you dey produce, offer or distribute the thing—omo, that one heavy pass! Na 10 years in prison or ₦20 million fine dey wait for you.

The law no dey joke. Even if the person nor be minor but the person act like minor, na still crime for you to watch am!!!
