Distruption is the Mother of Re-invention

The outgoing year promised so much, but the unanticipated COVID-19 pandemic situation placed limitations on what could be achieved. The good news is the year actually presented us the opportunity to learn and do things differently, in order not to be caught in the webs of underachievement in the coming year. As the saying goes "we cannot be doing something in the same way, and expect a different result." There is need to learn new ways of achieving our goals, and reduce the negative and disruptive impact of our world fraught with myriad of uncertainties.
