The era where teachers just pick pupils to be in charge of a particular position has become outdated since the pupils needed to be involved in the process of selecting their leaders.

This process will enable them in their skills of public speaking, confidence and also teach them the ability to compete.

There is a nomination form, which they will collect with the consent of their parent.

They'll fill and submit it with their manifestoes.

They'll do their campaigns through fliers and banners and they move around the classes and assembly grounds to canvass for votes and support from their colleagues.
