This is to notify all candidates having issues with access to their JAMB Profile/CAPS due to loss of Email Address and Phone Number.
If you can no longer receive JAMB Messages .e.g 55019/66019, login to your JAMB Profile, or your number is no longer active, you need to SWAP your Email and GSM Number on your JAMB profile.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Affidavit sample below is FOR REFERENCE PURPOSE ONLY. It is just to show you how the Affidavit for Swapping of Email and GSM Number looks. You are to swear your own original Affidavit at the High Court.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CORRECTION:
1. NIN Slip
2. New active Email Address (Gmail)
3. New active GSM Number (Must be linked to your NIN)
4. Sworn Affidavit for Change of Email and Phone Number
Kindly visit ONLY the nearest JAMB OFFICE or any JAMB Approved Professional Registration Centre (PRC) / Professional Test Centre (PTC) near you for Biometric Verification and Correction.
Your biometrics must be captured there before JAMB can approve the swap.
