🌟 To Our Wonderful School Teachers at Aduke Royals 🌟

Dear Teachers,

I just want to say a big thank you from my heart. You’ve done so much more than teach the kids how to read, write, and count — you’ve helped them to believe in themselves. You made learning fun, even when it was hard, and you showed them that mistakes are just steps on the way to success.

You’ve been patient when they struggled, kind when unsure, and encouraging when needed with a little push. Every smile, every word of praise, every moment you took to explain again — it made a difference.

You didn’t just teach lessons; you built confidence, kindness, and curiosity.

I’ll always remember how special you made school feel.

Thank you for being the kind of teachers who make hearts brighter and dreams bigger. 🌈

With love and gratitude,
Hammed Usman

Market and Window shopping

As a young child of about 8 years, I used to go to the market to run errands for my mum and uncles. I remember going to buy meat, pepper, Maggi, garri, and other ingredients for the house. The sellers know me, and they always want to sell to me.

I am very sure that the majority of you did this for your parents as well.

The question is how many of our 8-year-old child(ren) can we send to go and buy something at the nearest shops without us being sceptical about their ability to run the errands correctly?

At this year's summer program, we will take children from age 8 to the market to learn how to bargain prices of commodities. This will help them appreciate the value of money and also give them some "street sense."

We hope to see your kids.

Kind regards.
