Who you delegate to matters. A vision can soar or sink based on the people you empower. Deployment isn’t about handing off tasks—it’s about entrusting destiny.

Don't rush through this time — grow through it. Some of your deepest roots will form in this season if you stop resenting it and start understanding it. Ask God to open your eyes. The season may not change immediately, but you will — and that changes everything.

*Embrace the Reality of Financial Hardship*

Financial hardship can feel overwhelming, like being caught in an unending storm.
The weight of unpaid bills, the uncertainty of where your next paycheck will come from, and the constant struggle to make ends meet can make even the strongest person feel defeated.
You might be tempted to ignore the mounting problems, blame outside circumstances, or sink into self-pity, hoping things will magically get better.
But here’s the hard truth: *you can’t fix what you refuse to face.*
Pretending the storm isn’t real doesn’t stop the rain—it only delays your progress. Acknowledging your financial challenges is not about admitting failure. It’s about courageously saying, “ _This is where I am, but it’s not where I’m staying.”_
Facing the reality of financial hardship is the first, most crucial step toward transformation. No matter how dire your situation seems, you have the ability to take control and begin moving forward.

This is your opportunity to rebuild. By embracing the truth of your current circumstances, you create a solid foundation to rise above them.

I'll continue latter.
