My Encourage Today

I encourage you to stop complaining about being snubbed or not taken care of.
Taking the initiative to make yourself comfortable shows confidence and self-awareness. It's such a great mindset to adopt.

It's about asserting your own needs and making sure you feel at ease in different situations.

Taking charge of your comfort involves being aware of your needs and actively addressing them.

Why wait when you can take charge of your comfort?

It's a proactive approach to ensure your well-being in any situation. It's about empowering yourself to create the comfort you deserve.

I celebrate you.

When we were younger, there was a clear definition for family. However, in the present world we live in, definitions are changing, and what we know as family is becoming endangered.

The world is changing so fast that things we once thought were normal are being shaken to their very core.

On May 15th, at the African Family Life Delegate Conference, we will be commemorating the International Day of the Family. We will be taking a look at "Disruptive Transformation - The Changing Face of Family Realities."

This conference is usually the largest gathering of family life stakeholders, and registration is now open. Registration will close once we reach the 1000th delegate.

Are you a family life coach, religious leader, head of government agencies, family life stakeholder, or human resource professional? If so, please register at ifedacademy.com/events/afldc.

Ogochukwu, serving young people since 2002.
I have learnt over the years to do it better. It was fun at the beginning, dancing and playfully teaching kids in the elementary school.

I took it to the next level by moving to high school. Teenagers Rock!👍.

I have been prividing support to the overall wellbeing of young people (Psychosocial, Academic & Career).

In 2013, I took it much higher to handle students applications. I help high school students to:

▪︎Provide information regarding application process requirements and deadlines.

▪︎Send high school transcript to the colleges and universities they apply to.

▪︎Provide a letter of of recommendation.

▪︎Interact with in-country representatives of schools

▪︎...and many more.

Still learning and growing.

I am Ogochukwu (Goldencounselor)

Happy World Marriage Day!

Today, February 12, 2023, we celebrate the bond of love and commitment between two people who have decided to spend the rest of their lives together. Marriage is a beautiful institution that brings two people together in a union of love, trust, and mutual support.
Marriage is not just about being with someone for life, but it’s also about being a partner and a best friend, who will stand by each other through thick and thin. It’s a commitment to work together to build a life that is filled with joy, laughter, and memories.
Marriage is a journey that requires patience, understanding, and compassion. It’s a journey that requires both partners to be willing to put in the work to make their relationship a success. It takes effort to keep the spark alive, to keep the love strong, and to keep the communication open. But, when done right, it can be one of the most fulfilling experiences in life.
As we mark this special day, we want to encourage everyone to cherish and celebrate their marriages. It’s important to take time to appreciate the love and commitment that you share with your spouse. Whether it’s through a romantic date night, a special trip, or simply spending quality time together, make sure to celebrate the love that you share.
We also want to encourage couples who may be struggling in their marriages. It’s normal for all relationships to have their ups and downs. Sadly, some couples have more downs than ups. Seek help from a counselor or a trusted friend, and work together to find a solution to any issues that may arise. Remember that a strong marriage takes effort from both partners, and that working together is key to overcoming any challenges.
World Marriage Day is a time to reflect on the power and importance of love in our lives. It’s a time to celebrate the love that we share with our spouses, and to renew our commitment to building strong, healthy, and happy marriages.
So, let’s take this opportunity to celebrate love, commitment, and the beautiful bond that we share with our spouses.
