Okay, 3 friends have inboxed on advice on the most low maintenance, reliable, comfy, luxurious and still yet poweful used SUV to buy and have peace of mind in naija, they don't want the stress and mad cost of maintenance on Landrover, mercedes,BMW etc. I will give you the answer and the answer for this brand name covers all its products, vehicles you can drive all the way to 300k miles in peace only thing u need so is change your timing belts at the 100k mark, 200k mark and 300k (if u still use/own it). Now the best used SUV to own in naija and world wide to give you peace is the 2003 to 2009 Lexus GX 470, its the most reliable used SUV with all possible features, in naija we don't bother about mpg, so the 4.7ltr engine and 4.6 litre engines are bullets proof. You can never regret buying a Lexus product or Toyota product. Total reliability. I am not all about German and British BP generating monsters, you only go German if the love for cars run in your veins that way when u become a mechanic / electrician after few months of owning one, you enjoy the regular dashboard light display that cause cardiac arrest and laptop plug ins or scanner plug ins, for practicality/peace do lexus and stay away from the Toyota PRADO (only good as an urban run around with a plus of better mpg due to its weak four cylinder or six cylinder engine) which is a jap/european poor copy of the GX470 with its weak engine, horrible road suspension and per second somersaults.
