VACANCY NOTICE – VICE PRINCIPAL (School Leadership and Administration)

Job Summary
This role covers both core academic and administrative portfolios. The Vice Principal leads faculty, parents and students towards the fulfillment of the client’s vision as a Learner's Paradise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and growing the school’s educational programs built on a 21st century learning framework, with a biblical worldview, upholding the integrity of Montessori principles and practice, in two world languages. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of the learning environments, safety initiatives, and oversee certain aspects of school finances and communication.

🗒Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
▪ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited institution.
▪ At least 5 years in educational leadership (as a Vice Principal, Head of Year, Head of Student Affairs, Head of Department or Deputy Head Academic, etc.) within a high standard international school.
▪ Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience in a reputable Montessori, international, or bilingual school with a strong understanding of child-centred and enquiry-based approaches to learning.
▪ Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
▪ Proven experience designing and implementing teacher appraisal systems, rubric-based lesson observations, and data-driven school improvement plans
▪ Recent involvement and experience in Special Education Needs and Inclusion is an added advantage.
▪ Relevant certifications in instructional coaching, school leadership, administration etc., would be an added advantage.
▪ Montessori diploma from a MACTE accredited programme, preferably at elementary level is an added advantage.
🪙Salary & Benefits: N450,000 - N550,000. Benefits include Pension and Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) coverage.
