*HAVING RANKS THROUGH MARKS*
Generals began like labourers.
* To be a General, you must have become a labourer. Nothing comes free or easy.
* Many are looking for ranks when they have not made their marks.
* You don’t seek for ranks, you make your marks and your marks will give you your ranks.
* Most Generals we see today were labourers. They were given to labour(work)
* Nothing works without somebody working it.* Don’t wish a rank, make your mark and you will get the mark. Don’t seek rank, make your mark and you will get the rank.
* The problem with youth of this time, is that they have been given to laziness. Lazy to study, lazy to work, lazy to do everything. What most youth want is to earn but do want to learn.
* You most be ready to work. Let us get back to work. I see young people saying, ‘we need to rest. We need to take it easy’. Our fathers when they were young, they never took things easy. They were always ready to work so they could make it in life. Work, work and never be distracted. Work does not kill young people. If it kills it would have killed our fathers. Get this again, work does not kill a man.
* There is no General without a mark. There is no gain without a gain. Behind a successful story of a man is the sacrifice of denial. Never allow your background to make your back on the ground. Never allow the friend you keep make you not to achieve the success that is needed.
