Chess has since been included in the school curriculum due to its importance in the learning process, It goes a long way to support children's early years development and helps their higher-order thinking skills like;

Chess training and practice also helps improve general cognitive ability and scholastic achievement—especially in mathematics.

According to "Dianne Horgan" Ph.D Dean of psychology, and research at the University of Memphis found that Chess improves a child's visual memory, attention span, and spatial reasoning ability.

Furthermore, studies have shown that acquiring a "CHESS BOARD" for our kids enhances their training and helps improve development of the above listed abilities in children: as they are able to proffer solutions to problems over time, improve their communication skills, and also social and relationship-building skills..
