You have been in a business for while, you are complaining of loss every time, do you even know what causes this? It would be very difficult for you to understand what is wrong, just because you do not have a proper records of your business activities. Business record keeping may be a very demanding tasks, but it's benefits cannot be underrated.
In order to have a cursory look at your business, you need a financial statements. If you fail to document or put an effective record keeping system in place, you cannot have a reliable financial information, and you will end up making a wrong business decisions.

In fact, my own financial accounting teacher was a man from another planet, he would tell us “ copy the format from the essential text book and cram”.
