The first thing to know after meeting a person, is to call or text the person after reaching home about how enjoyable your time with him/her was.

Don’t forget to develop prompts for future conversations too.

To sustain a network that you know would be important in the long run, always offer help, and try to check up on the person every month, weekly or as it deem comfortable for you.

This way, when you want to convert the person, it wouldn’t be as if you reached out for your own selfish interest.

Guess the new player we just signed? One of the best TikTokers around!

In our bid to spread our impact to other spectrum of Africa, we realized that tiktok is the habitat of gen Zs.

TikTok started in 2017 and has about 41% secondary and university studentsfrom 16-24 with high engagement capacity.

Sophia Edeghogho Okosun , a graduate of babcock university, is now going to help us get our message to the platform and we would based our level of impact based on some audience analytic point.

We probably grew up with family and friends guessing what career we would venture into.
Some people would have said at some point, "oh he loves talking, he's going to be a lawyer."

As individuals, we may have tried predicting the right careers for ourselves by the subjects we found fascinating while in high school or the subjects we got high grades at often.
This can be misleading as other factors could lead to high scores or interest in a subject which have nothing to do with your innate abilities.

I instructed the technology team to put down the former one and work on a new robust one that is student friendly and exhibit more of our inculcated services.

We are glad to transcend more than our MVP to serve you all better.

Hey Family, we started a monthly series, where every month, we will be speaking and tackling issues that borders career sucess for undergraduates and secondary school individuals.

Our first series starts with “know yourself”.

In Efico, we believe that the first step to career sucess is the realization of self. Hence, we would be using all our digital resources and tools to help students find their unique self so that they can have a clear direction of their career pursuits without boiling the ocean.

We had a lovely time with these junior secondary school students. The director was explaining how the games they play fix into the coding structure.

It was amazing how all of them gave their rapt attention as he explained the algorithm.

We can’t wait to start their classes with them.
