...and we never knew.

We never knew that going to work and coming back home freely was a sheer favour of God. We often complained of the workload, we never knew we were privileged.

We never knew mingling with our boss, senior ones and colleagues, sharing experiences about life together were just through the mercy of God, we never knew.

We never knew leaving our homes for official engagements, businesses, trade, vocation, family funfares and events and returned with complaints of stress, work tediousness and little dishes and gifts received were only allowed by Almighty, we never knew.

In fact, we never knew going to the houses of God freely to worship was indeed a rare privilege.

We never knew that walking freely on the streets, meeting friends and loved ones in the other neighborhoods were special favour from God.

We never knew it was a rare privilege being in the public buses, commercial cabs, boarding motorcycles, talking freely with other seat occupants and even lapping one another to save cost was a favour.

We never knew meeting people, staying closer to them, hugging, shaking hands freely were sheer favour of Almighty God.

We never knew all these as mere favour from God Almighty until it came like wild fire, a deadly scourge ravaging the universe, COVID 19, the plague of wails. It denies us our liberty. It confines us to our lone home territory. It reduces our bound to mere online link since.
It shakes the powerful and weakens the vilnerable more.

Almighty God, we never knew all these were favour from or we knew less and acted childishly in giving you praises.

O Lord, forgive us all our shortcomings, inadequacies and impiety. Have mercy on us all and save our souls from this plague. Return back to us days of liberty, joy and happiness.

God of mercy, when the good time returns, may we be counted alive and in sound health. Make our hearts full of gratitude to you always.

Today at LCCI for a seminar on Reforming The Education System In Nigeria. This is to agree to the fact that our present system of Education is faulty. I think if we want to reform our Education system, we need to holistically do that and this is part of the reasons why Alphaseas Education consult. We need to teach and train our children to practically what they learn to practice not routes learning. We can as well send our views concerning the topic, let’s do it together.

I am very much impressed and at the same time elated by the Special Session on Out of School Kids convened by Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila.

This goes a long way to show we are beginning to have good leaders who are not just genuinely passionate about EDUCATION, but are also proactive in their measures and approach to fix the disconnect between the children of the elites and the children we term as disadvantaged.

I am proud to say that AlphaSeas Edu Consult is happy to be involved in such a tremendous project and will be willing to support the initiative as a partner in progress.

School intervention in District six

The future belongs to the risk takers not the comfort seekers

Alphaseas Education consult received Education materials from CPE through Mrs Yinka Ogunde. These materials were given to selected schools from the six Educational districts. It’s a pilot program met to assist low fee paying schools which Afed is championing.
