Love they say is the greatest force in life. My personal definition of love is letting 'go' and letting God. My love test is analyzing how I truly feel when I think of persons who have deeply hurt, ignored, lied against and abandoned me at one point or another.

When I no longer hold them in judgement for their actions or inactions but rather cover them in prayers to find fulfillment in their path which obviously am not a part of anymore, then I know I have finally let 'go' and let 'God' in.

I have received various 'ask' about the formal launch of 'Over 35 Circle'. My friend Dr. Happiness Aweto who led the introduction said it was a good start!

The nucleus of the event was the Vision and Mission sharing and I did that because nobody can share your vision like you.

Then the best part came when some of these beautiful women broke open and shared stuffs hidden away in their hearts just to send a massage that 'this circle' is the best support space for women over 35 to join.

Dear Sister, are you out there going through some hard stuffs at the moment? It might be so bad that you can't even share it with someone else. Hence, all you do is squash under your pain, discomfort and shame wishing or praying that an invisible hand can just take it all away and wipe your tears dry. I can feel you because I have been there.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also do believe you may not be responsible for these challenges, misery, bad lucks or what ever term you want to tag that something in your life that makes you feel so powerless as a loser. It is also possible that you may also be responsible for them by wrong choices you may have made out of ignorance, information at your disposal at the moment, anger or indifference. Whichever way, it doesn't matter at all.

This is what I strongly believe you can change your life by flipping the page to stop the misery and the pain if you determine within you to work at it.

Oprah Winfrey once said on the Oprah Winfred Show. ''There is nothing greater than the spirit within you to overcome and you and God can conquer this''.

I firmly believe her and many a times the singular act you need to do is to change your perspective from 'its damn too bad' to 'what can I do with this?'

When you get to 35 as a woman, everything changes for you. You have already found you or you are desperately doing all you can to figure it out.

Either way, one thing is certain, you can no longer be comfortable being where you are, the way you are, doing what you do without a clear definition of who you are?

If you haven't done this, I want to encourage you to take some time today for personal reflection to clearly define 'you' and write it down in black and white.

Sister's, here is the truth, you can 'never be you, live you or do you until you know who you are?

The consequence of not finding you this is that you will never know what 'true satisfaction, fulfilment and happiness is.
