I've had the privilege of tutoring pupils and students from different backgrounds. I have come to realize that the bright and confident ones are usually tempted to give an impression of being all- knowing, though they do this unconsciously sometimes.

I try to help them realize that they still need help,hence,the need for a tutor. I take them to higher dimensions of the things they think they know to deflate their pumps not their self esteem. But you see those refined ones that don't feel too refined to ask for help, I give them my all.

Parents,

We must ensure to communicate effectively the aspect of a child dependency that must be positively leveraged to give them the best they can get before adulthood quickly takes away this privilege from them.

Certain adults have missed vital information that would have made them more effective than they are today, because they thought they never needed help.

If we must not raise a luciferic generation, a strategy should be adopted to create a perfect blend of refinement,Confidence, intelligence not devoid of the intuition to know where and when to say, "I NEED HELP".

I will start by giving special accolades to those parents,teachers and guardians who are still giving their best in the formation of children especially kids in their early childhood.

There is one thing I have discovered and wish to share with you.

Amidst the positive words of affirmation, Confidence nuggets and others that you give to these children,

Teach them how powerful and effective this magic statement "I NEED HELP" works.

For adults, it may not always be effective but you see, when those words slip out of the mouth of any child no right thinking adult can ever say no.
