Do you study first then sleep or sleep first then study?
However, I am a secondary school student and sleep is my first priority. I can study for 2–3 hours straight a day, but i should sleep at least 6 hours a day.

It makes me more healthy and fresh every morning i wake up.
I rarely stay up till morning either. Prefer to sleep at 8pm and then wake up at 3am to study.
I don’t feel sleepy but feel very fresh due to morning weather.
