Our May Foundation Class started on the 1st and sincerely…

It has been an amazing experience so far 💃

I enjoy training people…

But there are some cohorts you’ll be teaching your mouth won’t be able to say what your eyes are seeing 🤣

Everywhere just blur for this batch but we go rough am 😁

Because imagine trained teachers struggling with basic things that are not even part of the training like:

👉 Attaching files
👉 Joining meetings properly
👉 Sending emails professionally
👉 Using Google tools etc.....

Honestly, it’s not even funny 😭😂

But this also explains why so many teachers think online opportunities are “hard”.

Not because they are not intelligent…

But because they're not digitally literate.

And this is a very big problem, don't joke around with certain knowledge while crying for jobs.

Upgrade ! Learn ! And do better.

That's how to earn better, because nobody is willing to train you on the job again.

You must come correct and fully equipped.

Stop blaming tinubu for your personal development.

To every teacher on this cohort, I g*t you....

What looks funny today will later become transformation stories and proof of impacts.

Hi teachers,

Have you noticed the level of effort successful people put into marketing and showing what they do online?

They don’t hide.
They show up consistently.

But many teachers are singing:

Hmm…

That mindset will keep you invisible.

Try everything within your power to do what you can to level up.

BREAK DOWN OF DIGITAL EDUCATION
( Online teaching and learning)

Digital education means using technology tools and Internet to teach people or learn outside the classroom.

Meaning you can do this anywhere in the world, your location doesn't matter.

Examples of digital education are:

✓Live teaching and learning
You teach students in real time online.
(Everyone is present and learning together on video)

✓Recorded teaching and learning
You record your lessons once, and students watch anytime. Just the same way you watch YouTube videos.
(Not live, students learn at their own pace.)

✓ Hybrid teaching and learning
A mix of both.
(Some lessons are live, some are recorded.)

3 Stages of Digital Education are:

1️⃣ FOUNDATION (Understanding Stage)
This is where you learn what it is all about

Like a child learning:
👉 “What is a car?”
👉 “How does it work?”

For online teaching, you learn:
What digital education means
The different ways to teach online
The basic tools to use, etc

2️⃣ PRACTICE (Doing Stage)
This is where you start trying it yourself
Like learning how to ride a bicycle:
👉 You may fall or may be slow
👉 But you keep trying.

For online teaching:
You will practice teaching
You will try your hands on the tools until you master them.
You make mistakes and improve that's the goal.

3️⃣ OPPORTUNITY (Earning Stage)
👉 This is where you start getting paid
Like when you already know how to ride a bike very well.
👉 Now you can ride anywhere confidently.

For online teaching:
You apply for jobs
You get students
You start earning money

Does it make sense???

Let me share something that happened yesterday in my online class.....

A teacher joined my free group and immediately asked:

👉 “Ma, I need an online teaching job.”

You know that kind of urgency…

So instead of answering casually, I gave a simple requirement:

👉 List 10 online teaching tools/apps you’ve mastered.

👉 List 10 platforms you’ve applied to in the last 3 days.

👉 Share your updated CV (ATS standard)

👉 Share relevant certifications.

👉 Send your video introduction.

👉 Drop your social media handles.

These will guide me on how best to assist you.

And guess what?

SILENCE

Complete silence 😅

Later… the same teacher came back and said:

👉 “Ma, I’m sorry… I see now that I’m not ready.”

That right there is the problem.

Many people say they want online teaching jobs…

👉 But they are not prepared
👉 Not positioned
👉 Not even aware of what it takes

Let me say this clearly:

Nobody hires an unskilled or unprepared teacher.

It’s not about shouting:

“I need a job”

It’s about becoming:

Someone that deserves the job.

That’s why I keep emphasizing,

Digital education is in stages, I will explain better in my next post.

👉 Foundation (Clarity+ skills)
👉 Practice (positioning)
👉 Opportunity (Income+ growth)

You can’t skip the process.

So before you ask:

👉 “Where are the jobs?”

Ask yourself:

👉 “Am I truly ready for the opportunity?”

Because the gap is not an opportunity…
👉 The gap is preparation.

Parents and platforms are looking for:
Skilled, Confident and Well-positioned teachers.

Not just people who “want a job”

You must prove yourself worthy before anyone gives you a chance online.

ONE THING NOBODY TAUGHT TEACHERS…

Teachers were taught how to teach and impact lives, that's very good...

But nobody taught them how to make money from that impact.

And this doesn’t just affect their income…

👉 It affects their mindset.
When teachers believe money shouldn’t come from their work:

👉 They underprice
👉 They hide their value
👉 They avoid growth and visibility

So it’s not just about money…

👉 It’s about how they see themselves and their worth.

Impact is good, but let’s be honest…

Impact without a good profit margin, structure and sustainability can't pay your bills.

A lawyer talks about their service and their fees.

A doctor treats you and charges you.

So why should teachers feel guilty about earning big?

👉 Impact and income should go together.
Because when you earn more…

You can do more and reach more people too.

Stop separating impact from profit.

And don't allow society to guilt trip you with nonsense talk ( your reward is heaven)

Upgrade and move as fast and you can 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️

Nobody will give a zero skilled teacher any chance,so be highly skilled.

The market is wide open.

You don’t need to start chasing one parent up and down.

👉 Package your knowledge/experience.
👉 Document your lessons.
👉 Sell to a wider audience.

Non-teachers are doing this successfully…

So what’s stopping you as a teacher?

Today:
👉 I share my knowledge and get paid
👉 I get invited to teach in online platforms and communities.

Times have changed.

But you've not changed why ?

And you have all it takes to earn with your knowledge, Leveraging technology and the Internet.

You are a professional.
👉 Stop hiding
👉 Start showing up.

Because no one will know what you can do…

👉 If you don’t talk about it.

That’s why starting from the foundation class matters( learning how to teach online)

👉 To gain clarity
👉 To build confidence
👉 To position yourself properly.

And yes your knowledge can pay you…

But only when you level up and use it right.
