VO: I can see you’re going for HTE, y dis school
Me: yes I am going for hTE at eastern Illinois university. I choose EIU cuz of its excellence in HTE with the use of innovation technology in the medical field and aside this EIU gives undergraduates the opportunity to go for research based option and skill based option and as an undergraduate this is going to help me expand in my horizon, EIU is the highest ranked public uni in Illinois and 98% of their course are taught by faculty n not teaching assistants.
VO:what have u been doing after ur high sch
Me:After d completion of my high sch I was given admission to study basic health sciences at Ambrose alli university for 2years which is a certificate program and not a degree,I work as a health assistant at a federal hospital where I assist docz n nurses in carrying out some basic duties such as checking vital signs like temp, pulse, blood pressure, blood glucose level and recording of results.
I also help in d documentation of liquid and food intake of patients, preparing patients for physiotherapy, restocking medical supplies for professionals, giving out bedpans to patients and collecting them after use.

Me: My dad in the person of Mr ...... will be sponsoring me, my dad is a commercial farmer that deals in the production, sales and distribution of COCOA and he’s also into oil palm production. He has 450acre of farm land with a staff strength of 45workers working for him at his farm land and he has an annual turn over of 76 million, he has a supply chain to 15states in Nigeria and he supplies companies like vixxra company limited, SKA globeville limited and spark food limited. Aside that my dad has 7 landed properties in EDO state which are all on rentals .
VO: after this course wat will u b doing
Me:the duration of my course is 52months and after d completion of my course I’d be coming back for a compulsory 3months adaptation program after wic I’d assume d position of a public health surveillance specialist where I’d be meant to provide, facilitate n interpret data for prevention and control of diseases.
Before I knew it this woman gave me blue paper, please where’s the problem coming from.. indeed this journey isn’t for the weak cuz I said I wasn’t going to cry but rivers of flowing waters started pouring out immediately I got to the hotel.
