FINISH WELL
Over the 115 days of the contest and 110 days as the House Leader, I have seen incredible things. I have seen people push themselves to their limits, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. The power of camaraderie and collaboration were been visible.
To all participants, thank you for participating in this contest. We are all winners! I encourage you to continue pursuing yours goals and dreams, there are more to be done!
To the winners and runners-up, congratulations! You have impressed us with your talent, dedication, intellect and influential hardwork clairvoyantly. I am confident that you will go on to achieve great things in the future with more gusto.
This will be my umpteenth time to review Charles Darwin’s quote, that, “It is not the most intellectual of species that survives; it is not the strongest that survives; but the species that is best to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which it finds itself.”
You need only to be still, God sees and rewards.

WHO DARES WIN
(qui audet adipiscitur)
This is a message of hope and inspiration. It reminds us that anything is possible if we are willing to take risks and to never give up. Those who are willing to take risks and face challenges will ultimately be successful.
In the fight to reverse the widespread ecosystem
degradation, I enrolled for a Leadership Programme with the Lagos Business School (LBS) Sustainability Centre. Fellow participants and I have better understanding of the policies, institutions and practices critical to building sustainable businesses in the waste management sector.
With active illustrations of case studies, hands-on sessions, interaction with experts and practical applications of ecological, institutional and economic concepts, we were adequately enabled to pursue the best approach in the course of our waste management business and career trajectories.
Thanks to Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation for making this programme a reality. The contributions of the LBS Faculty Body, lead facilitator, Oreva Oghene, Irene Atanya, Industry Advisor Ola Oresanya and various subject matter experts and facilitators were immeasurable.

GROWTH
Growth is the process of becoming more fulfilled and realized in all areas of life. This can include physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth.
Growth is not always easy to achieve, but it is essential for the long-term success of individuals, businesses, and economies. By understanding the requirements for growth and working to meet them, we can create a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.
Here are some tips for achieving growth:
📌 Set clear goals and objectives. What do you want to achieve? How will you measure your progress?
📌Create a plan. What steps need to be taken in order to achieve your goals?
📌Take action. Don't just sit around and wait for things to happen. Take steps to make your goals a reality.
📌Be persistent. Don't give up if you don't see results immediately. Keep working hard and you will eventually achieve your goals.
📌Be flexible. Be willing to adapt your plan as needed. The world is constantly changing, so you need to be able to change with it.
Learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to learn from them and not make the same mistakes again.
📌Celebrate your successes. Take time to celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem. This will help you stay motivated and keep moving forward.
✍ Remember, growth is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the process and don't be afraid to take risks. The more you grow, the more you will achieve.

ENGAGING EVERY CHILD
Start by getting to know each child as an individual. What are their interests? What are their strengths and weaknesses? What motivates them? Once you have a good understanding of each child, you can tailor your teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
Use a variety of teaching methods. Not all children learn in the same way. Some children learn best by listening, while others learn best by seeing or doing. Make sure you use a variety of teaching methods to reach all learners.
Make learning fun and engaging. Children are more likely to be engaged if they are enjoying themselves. Use games, activities, and songs to make learning fun and exciting.
Provide positive reinforcement. Children need to know that they are doing a good job. When they succeed, be sure to praise them. This will help them to stay motivated and engaged in learning.
Be patient and understanding. Not all children learn at the same pace. Some children may need more time to master a concept than others. Be patient and understanding with all learners.
Work with parents and guardians. Parents and guardians play a vital role in their child's education. Work with them to develop a plan for their child's learning.
Create a supportive environment. All children need to feel safe and supported in order to learn. Create a classroom environment where all children feel welcome and respected.

"Don't count the days, make the days count." - Muhammad Ali
It is a new week. What are your plans?
*Start by setting some goals for the week. What do you want to accomplish? Once you know what you want to achieve, you can start to make a plan to get there.
*Break your goals down into smaller, more manageable tasks. This will make them seem less daunting and more achievable.
*Be positive and optimistic. Believe in yourself and your ability to succeed. A positive attitude will help you stay motivated when things get tough.
*Focus on the present moment. Don't dwell on the past or worry about the future. Just focus on what you can do today to move closer to your goals.
*Take care of yourself physically and mentally. This means getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, and exercising regularly. When you take care of yourself, you have more energy and focus to achieve your goals.
*Surround yourself with positive people. The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your mindset. Surround yourself with people who support your goals and who will lift you up when you're feeling down.
