*A Re-union with a thing*

Last Sunday, I had the privilege of reuniting with some of my batch mates from our National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) days in Taraba State. As we gathered around the table, reminiscing about our time in the "Sunshine State," it was like no time had passed at all. We relived the memories of our service year, from the thrill of arrival day to the bittersweet goodbyes at the end. We laughed about our struggles, celebrated our victories, and marveled at how far we've come. The camaraderie and bond we forged during our corp days remain unbroken. As we shared stories, prayers, and laughter, it felt like we were still in that moment, serving together as one. The memories we created during our NYSC year will forever be etched in our hearts, and reunions like these serve as a reminder of the power of shared experiences to bring people together.

At the School Leaders Academy.
One of the take home points was on Strategy to reduce cost of running School such as;
1. Train your teachers on how to carry out some paid services eg ICT and robotics clubs

2. Outsource some services such as bus service

3. Go for solar power instead of generator

4. Maximize the use of school management softwares.

Thanks for such an impactful program, Mrs Robinna and Mr. Olakunle were such a great teacher/facilitators and Chief Yomi Otubela (National Chairman NAPPS) of awesome meeting you sir.
