Maybe this isn’t just about a new month.

Maybe it’s about finally walking away from the version of yourself that spent years apologizing for existing.

The version that thought she wasn’t enough.
That she was too much.
Too loud.
Too sensitive.
Too ambitious.
Too late.

This month, I am choosing something different.

I choose growth.
I choose peace.
I choose me.

And because June happens to be my birthday month, I’m not celebrating with cake alone.

I’m celebrating every lesson.
Every setback.
Every closed door.
Every time I had to start over.
Every version of me that survived so this version could thrive.

🚨 Attention all the “I’ll start on Monday” people…

Well, tomorrow is Monday.
Tomorrow is the 1st.
And tomorrow is… tomorrow. 😅

At this point, the universe has removed every excuse from the table.

This June, we’re not chasing a smaller body.
We’re building a healthier lifestyle.
We’re choosing movement over excuses.
Consistency over perfection.
Progress over pressure.

No fancy gym membership required.
No six-pack expectations.
No competition.

Just one decision:
START.

Before you call this month “unproductive,” answer this:

Did you survive something that almost broke you?

Then the month wasn’t wasted.

Carry on.

Nobody talks enough about the months that don’t look impressive on paper.

The months where you’re not winning awards.
Not announcing big milestones.
Not posting breakthroughs.

Just quietly fighting battles nobody can see.

Keeping your children fed.
Paying your bills.
Holding yourself together.
Getting out of bed.
Trying again.

Those months count too.

In fact, those months are often the ones that change you the most.

As May comes to an end, I hope you’re measuring your life by more than achievements.

I hope you’re measuring it by courage.

Because you’ve probably shown more of it than you realize.

Slide 12 is heavy on my mind right now…….

Nobody really talks about this enough.

Sometimes life doesn’t magically become easier.
The bills still exist.
Motherhood is still demanding.
Your mind is still tired.
The responsibilities are still waiting for you tomorrow morning.

But somehow…
you still find yourself laughing at a silly video.
Enjoying your coffee.
Smiling at your kids.
Opening the curtains for sunlight.
Playing music while cooking.

And I think that matters.

Because joy is not always a destination.
Sometimes it’s the tiny moments helping us survive difficult seasons.

This is your reminder that you’re allowed to hold both: the chaos and the joy. 🧡

Inner peace isn’t always found in silence.
Sometimes it’s found in:

• Muting the noise
• Taking a walk without your phone
• Saying “no” without guilt
• Praying before panicking
• Protecting your energy
• Resting without explaining yourself
• Letting people misunderstand you
• Laughing more
• Dancing in your room
• Choosing yourself again and again

Peace looks different for everyone.
But one thing is certain… your mind deserves softness too 🧡
