To establish easier way of becoming very perfect in skills of teaching practice, ensure unity and effective teaching delivery among Nurse Tutors nationwide.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
i. To be well expose as nurse tutor in some vital skills that make effective teaching
ii. To help students nurse tutors to be well skilled in identifying, selecting and practicing the teaching skills in a learning environment.
iii. To bring unity among student nurse tutors of FCE/T Akoka Lagos.
iv. To be able to master the procedure and application of various teaching skills in the real classroom

Micro Teaching is a short scaled down teaching session and one of the most recent innovations in teacher education or training programs with aims at modifying a teacher behavior according to specific objectives.
Micro Teaching is also a teacher training techniques that provide teacher with a practice setting for instruction in which the normal complexities of the classroom are reduced and the teacher receives a great deal of feedback on his performance.
The term also defined by many professionals and expert such as Esiodu, Oke and Bajulaye (2010), who defined microteaching as an essential component of teacher training programme;

an on-campus learning experience for prospective teachers in preparation for the off-campus teaching practice in the real classrooms.
