Procrastination happens to almost everyone in the world (99% of people) even I typing.

It's okay to prioritize important tasks over non-urgent ones in a short period but it's wrong not to make out definite times for them in the future.

The reason why most people are unhappy is because people don't tend to make time out for the things they really love.

With good time management, balance and equilibrium in all sectors of life could be achieved.

If languages are important to us and will bring us pleasure then what's stopping us from making an hour or two to learn and practice every week?
