Dear Parents,

The third instalment of ZOOM MATHS IN AUGUST (MIA) is your child's best plug to:

1. Reinforce concepts taught in previous class.
2. Get a head start to objectives in the incoming class.
3. Prevent complacency during the holidays.

Open to learners coming into Years 5, 6 and 7 (i.e. Primary 5 and 6; and JSS 1).
Starts Monday, 7th August.
Time: 9:00am - 10:30am.
Days: Mondays - Thursdays.
Ends Thursday, 24th August.

Other features:
1. Comprehensive tracking and report of work done.
2. Additional and personalised instruction / practice activities for learners in need.
3. Differentiation of activities by difficulty level: No labelling! Every learner has a chance to be at par with the very best for every new activity as long as progression is made from the low level to high level questions.

Requirements:
1. Laptop
2. Installed ZOOM app
3. Reliable internet connection
4. Google account for learner (or parent. Though it is preferable if the account is the child's) to sign into online portals for interactive instruction, assessments and fun games.
5. Payment of participation fee of fifty thousand naira (to 3030004065, Polaris Bank, Emmanuel O. Roberts) before commencement of programme. Include your email address in payment details. You will be sent the link to a form to fill with your child.

They will end up either populating a workforce of highly driven professionals who work virtually; or create businesses that will engage skilled workers who may live and work from the other side of the world from theirs.

To ensure learners acquire required skills for The Future by actively engaging them during online lessons; using proven digital tools of classroom management and gamified learning/assessment with proper feedback mechanisms between parents, pupils and teachers.
