Our Elementary and Secondary School pupils had an amazing time during their excursion to the Upside Down House! 🏠💫

It was a day filled with fun, laughter, exploration, and unforgettable memories as the students enjoyed the unique experience and bonded with one another outside the classroom. 📸🎉

✨ Chinese Restaurant Excursion ✨

Our Preschool pupils had an amazing time during their educational excursion to a Chinese restaurant as part of their learning theme on Asian cuisines! 🌏🍜

The children explored different meals, experienced a new dining environment, and learned more about Chinese culture in a fun and interactive way. From tasty dishes to exciting moments with friends, it was truly a memorable experience for our little learners. ❤️

At Great Lil School, we believe learning goes beyond the classroom, and experiences like this help our children grow socially, culturally, and academically.

Our Year 5 pupils beautifully expressed culture and creativity through these handcrafted models featuring traditional huts and decorated pots.

Using simple materials, they transformed their ideas into meaningful representations of cultural heritage, showcasing not only their artistic skills but also their understanding and appreciation of tradition. Their attention to detail, patience, and teamwork truly brought these cultural pieces to life.

We are incredibly proud of their effort, creativity, and the enthusiasm they displayed throughout this project. Well done, Year 5!

We wrapped up the term on a high note with exciting sports activities that brought out the energy, teamwork, and joy in our students!

From fun races to engaging games, the atmosphere was filled with laughter, cheers, and healthy competition. It was beautiful to see our students actively participating, supporting one another, and giving their best on the field.

Beyond the games, the day reminded us of the importance of teamwork, resilience, and staying active.
Every moment, whether a win or a loss was a chance to learn, grow, and have fun together.

*Montessori Preschool Teachers’ Mid-Term Training at Greensprings Training Center.

Our Montessori preschool teachers had the privilege of attending a Mid-Term Teachers’ Training Programme at Greensprings School.

Emphasis was placed on maintaining Montessori principles while adapting to the evolving educational landscape.Through interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and collaborative discussions, our teachers gained fresh ideas on lesson presentation, classroom organization, and fostering independence among young .

We are confident that the knowledge and skills acquired during this mid-term training will positively impact our classroom practices and further enrich the learning experiences of our pupils.

We appreciate the opportunity for professional growth and remain committed to continuous improvement in delivering quality Montessori education.

Today, our secondary school students stepped into the exciting world of discovery as we celebrated Science Day!
Our young scientists carried out practical experiments and investigations, demonstrating their understanding of key scientific concepts.

From identifying characteristics of living things, to conducting food tests for proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and oils, the laboratory was filled with curiosity and enthusiasm. 🧪🥼

Students also explored simple electrical circuits, learning how components work together to produce light and energy. Seeing theory come alive through hands-on experiments made the experience both educational and inspiring. ⚡💡

Science Day was not just about experiments it was about critical thinking, teamwork, observation, and building confidence in scientific inquiry. We are proud of our students for their active participation and brilliant performance!

Creativity is in full bloom in our Fashion, Hairstyling, and Make-Up elective! Each session gives students the opportunity to explore style, self expression, and basic beauty techniques in a fun and guided environment.

From learning neat styling skills to understanding presentation and confidence, our students are building practical talents while expressing their unique creativity.
