A Westminster Magistrates Court in the United Kingdom has adjourned the case involving Senator Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice till August 4th. Earlier on Wednesday, the Court ruled that David Nwamini Ukpo, the alleged kidney donor for Sonia Ekweremadu, the daughter of Senator Ike Ekweremadu, is not 15 years old.

Ukpo admitted to the court that he is 21 years old and had been in the UK since February. He presented himself to the police in May.

The counsel for the defendants have denied the allegations of exploitation laid by the alleged victim.

Nasarawa State Schools
The Nasarawa state Government Fixes today, Monday, 4th January, 2021 as the Resumption Date for the Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools in the State for the commencement of first (1st) term academic activities for 2020/2021 academic session.


According to the information provided to Edustuff, the schools are to resume contrary directive subsequently.

Akwa Ibom State Schools
In order to complete the First Term academic activities, Public, Private Primary and Secondary in Akwa Ibom resumes today Monday, 4th January, 2021.

Rivers State Schools

All Secondary Schools and Vocational Schools in Rivers State resumes today, Monday, 4th January, 2021 for the completion of first (1st) term academic activities for 2020/2021 academic session.
