𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡 was truly a day of double 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 – I celebrated my birthday 🎉 and was elected 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐀𝐃𝐂𝐍 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥
(𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 –𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕) . I am deeply grateful for the trust, support, and love, and I’m excited about the journey ahead.
One thing I’ve learned is this: 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

📌 If you want to be a 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫, commit to more reading and writing.
📌 If you want to be a 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫, start leading where you are – in your team, school, workplace, or community.
📌 If you want to be 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, step into situations that stretch you.
Don’t wait until you “𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲” — growth happens 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤.
