✍️ EPISODE 1: “Just 2K Again, Please…”

You see this guy? Let’s call him Tobi.

Tobi is not rich. In fact, he’s the kind of guy who removes N500 from his last N2,000 to buy data, just to be online for his girl.

His girl — Ada — is a classic Gen Z baddie. Fine girl, small body, long lashes. Always looking fresh on Instagram. But the real secret behind her glow?

Tobi’s small, consistent sacrifices.

"Baby I need 2k for my nails."

"Can you help me with 3k for data, please?"

"Babe, they just brought light. Let me buy fuel — just 1k."

Every week, Tobi is doing transfer like Mummy G.O. doing blessings. And guess what? Ada never once said, "Thank you baby, I appreciate you." It was always just more requests, more “urgent needs,” more “babe abeg.”

Tobi never complained. He just kept helping — even when it meant cutting his own expenses.

But Ada? She never asked how he was doing. She never even offered to pay for shawarma the day they went out. Instead, she’ll say, “You know I’m your baby now.”

One day, Ada posted a quote on her WhatsApp:

Tobi saw it… and smiled. A very painful kind of smile.

He said nothing.

But something in him shifted.

That same week, Ada called again...

Tobi paused for a few seconds.
