Balance: Maintaining healthy balance for all the pillars of education. Respect: To have high regard for others and the appreciation for their differences. We must respect ourselves, others and maintain the environment of team work and growth. Accountability: To be morally or legally responsible for our actions. We must hold no one but ourselves responsible for our own actions or inactions, as we know we are free to choose them. Consistency: Sustaining of best practices for maximum performances at all times. Empowerment: Providing resources to empower all to take initiative and give the best.
