We started Edufice Academy to furnish and equip young people with the skills and values needed to unleash their potentials and become all they were created to be. We had a most successful LIVE workshop last Sunday and we will be having another one this Sunday.

We have spent so much of resources creating courses and designing our online learning platform. What we are attempting to do is to create a revolution amongst young people. The way things are going, if young people do not equip themselves with the relevant skills and expertise, they'll become unfit to survive and thrive in this world. So if you know any young person out there in need of these things, share our link with them. They need it. There are those who are always asking for money from people! Look, ask for opportunities to make money, not for money!

You won't go far with this HAND-OUT Mentality! It's only a bambiala who goes about with a begging bowl! Ask people for opportunities!

Tell them to refer clients and customers to you. Show them products and services to buy from you. This is how you transact with people from the position of strength! Going about looking for who would have pity on you is WRONG!

And please SELL! Find something and SELL! Don't be ashamed to SELL! Market your products and services! Let people know! Be eager to sell! One thing that characterises WEALTHY PEOPLE is their propensity to SELL!

If you're BROKE or POOR, it's either you're not SELLING anything at all, or you're SELLING too little! SELL! SELL!! SELL!!! THAT IS THE SECRET OF FINANCIAL PROSPERITY! If you don't start SELLING, then get ready to STARVE TO DEATH! And trust me, nobody's coming to your rescue! So it's up to you!

If you want to make progress, you must of necessity change circles! The current circle of relationships that you have might be incapable of producing the new you. You cannot claim that you have a global vision when all the people you hang out with have just a local vision.

If you desire to upgrade to the billionaire rank, you must of necessity get into a circle of billionaires. But you CANNOT do this if you don't think like them. If you have a beggar's mindset, they'll see you as a parasite, as one to give handouts to. And eventually, they'll begin to avoid you. Because every time you see them, you are always begging for their help. You are NOTHING but a parasite.

You cannot claim you desire wealth when all the people you hangout with are broke! You're not serious yet! You've gotta intentionally change circles!

Familiarity breeds contempt! This is always the case. If you truly believe that you are a bundle of value, you will protect yourself with the veil of scarcity. Because no matter how important a thing is, the moment it becomes abundantly available, it starts being treated like a mere tissue paper. Stop giving people unrestrained access to your presence! Learn when to be available, and when not to be. Even God hides Himself in LIGHT!

People will put on you, the same degree of value you put on yourself. They will see you the same way you see yourself. This is why I talk about myself alot. Because I am a PASSIONATE AND AN ARDENT BELIEVER in my brand! You talk about other people, their words of wisdom, their experiences, their history, their achievements and so on. But you NEVER talk about yourself! COULD IT BE THAT YOU DON'T TRULY THINK YOU ARE WORTH ANYTHING? MIGHT IT BE THAT YOU DON'T BELIEVE YOU'RE VALUABLE? MIGHT IT BE THAT YOU DON'T REALLY BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOUR ABILITIES, GIFTS, EXPERIENCES, EXPERTISE, KNOWLEDGE etc.?

You promote other people! You talk about how powerful they're! But you don't talk about YOU? And you think you're being humble, but you're CHEATING yourself tremendously! If you don't believe in YOU, why should I? If you don't talk about YOU, why should I? And if you don't talk about YOU, how will people know your abilities, strengths, expertise, achievements, knowledge and wisdom? If they don't know those things, how will they give you opportunities? How will they give you jobs, investments and work? IF DAVID HAD NOT PROMOTED, ADVERTISED AND MARKETED HIMSELF TO KING SAUL, HOW WOULD SAUL HAVE KNOWN THAT DAVID COULD KILL GOLIATH?

And if David hadn't killed Goliath, how would he have been announced to the entire nation of Israel? And if he hadn't been announced to the nation of Israel, how would he have become King? You see, religion blinds people's eyes. It keeps them in darkness, in a false humility! That's why they remain broke, poor, defeated, frustrated, disillusioned, disappointed and discouraged! I didn't start SELF-BRANDING, David did! You must promote and market yourself because NOBODY WILL DO THAT FOR YOU, NOT EVEN GOD! It's your responsibility!

A business man or woman is a servant. Your clients/customers are your boss. They're also your partners.

You are in business to serve them, to meet their needs, to help them achieve their goals.

The moment you take on this mindset, the entire way you do business changes. And you begin to work, not for the money, but to entirely and absolutely satisfy your clients.

Anybody who doesn't do business this way is treading on dangerous grounds. Your days in business are numbered: because sooner or later, you will be out of business.

Trust is the most important asset you have as an entrepreneur or a business person. When you understand this vital commodity, you can turn it into millions and billions of dollars. The only reason people buy from you is because they trust you. If they don't trust you or your product, they won't buy from you.

I see people who squander the trust people have in them, all because of money. See, there will come a time in life when you will seek to be trusted but will have no one trust you. At that point, you will realise you are doomed.

Don't you dare squander trust! And you squander trust through the sale of poor products, or through bad customer services. You also squander trust by running away with people's money. You're a joker if you think you'll become a billionaire that way. Even the earth will reject you.

Something is happening. There is a massive re-ordering of global positioning that is going on. Countries that were once considered wealthy are becoming flat broke, and continents like Africa are rising into power. The wealth is found in places like Africa. This is becoming very obvious as formerly rich countries are fighting over Africa. Your success as an entrepreneur is dependent on your ability to identify real assets and to harness their potentials for the growth of your business.

An asset is anything that is capable of increasing productivity and generating surplus value. An asset can be tangible or intangible, visible or invisible, spiritual or physical. The tangibility or intangibility of the material is irrelevant so long as it can generate surplus value.

For instance, as an entrepreneur, testimonials are intangible assets. Trust is an asset. Time is an intangible asset. A strong brand is an intangible asset.

Ideas are intangible assets. Knowledge is an asset. Wisdom is an asset. A good professional website is an asset. Great pictures are an asset. A registered business name or company name is an asset.

Social media accounts are an assets. Ability to market is an asset. But sadly, most people don't recognise the power of assets and their ability to absolutely revolutionise their businesses.

You will work more, doing your own businesses, than you will working as an employee. As an employee, you will most likely be doing 9 to 5, but as a business owner it is 7 to 10pm or 12 midnight (Of course, there are moments of break.) But it's still very intense. Many times, you have to wake up early or stay up late to work. This is usually the case until you have become well established.

There's no boss watching you perform. What's supervising you is the determination to build something powerful, to create wealth, to establish and develop a value-generating system upon the earth. This new boss is even more powerful, authoritative, and demanding than the former boss.

This new boss doesn't take s**t. He doesn't accept "Good enough!" He is always asking for the best — not your best but THE BEST! And he doesn't take no for an answer! He is a slave-driver. And he is very hard, tough and unfeeling! But it's a boss like him that can bring out the best in you and cause you to unleash all of your vast potentials! You may not like him that much, but you like the result he's leading would produce.

If you want to establish something powerful upon the earth, something ominous, something gigantic, you can't settle for "Good Enough" and you need a real slave-driver. That slave-driver can ONLY BE YOU! There's NOBODY that can drive you that hard that you'd accept. You'd rebel vehemently. But you can't rebel against yourself. And that's why you are the best slave-driver.

As an entrepreneur, there must be an incredibly massive amount of drive in you to deliver the best and most excellent products and services to your customers and clients. If you're okay with "good enough" you will soon be out of business!

You must push yourself beyond your elastic limits to deliver nothing but the best. You must do any and everything possible to give the best.

If that is not your concern and if you're just interested in people giving you their money regardless of whether their needs are adequately being met or not, you're serving MAMMON! And you're totally and absolutely given to ungodliness! You're wicked, evil, lazy, and unprofitable. And God who lives in heaven will reward you with the same measure.

Business is not about making money. It is an act of worship and service to God. The bible says that whatsoever a man does in this body, he will receive the reward of it whether good or bad. A businessman is a servant of the Most High God. He serves God by serving his clients and customers.
