Most people see something good and keep quiet: “She speaks well.” “He looks confident.” “That outfit is nice.” “They smell nice.”
But confident people learn to express themselves honestly and respectfully.
Complimenting people genuinely does two things:
It makes others feel good
It trains YOU to speak up confidently
Confidence is not only built on stage. It is built in everyday conversations, expressions, and interactions.
The more you confidently express yourself, the more comfortable you become using your voice
