Welcome to a new week. But are you bringing the same old strategies into your classroom?

As educators, Mondays often feel like stepping onto a treadmill that never stops.

We brace ourselves for the endless lesson planning, the grading, and the exhaustion, believing that burning out is just the price we pay for being good teachers.

I want to challenge you to rethink that today. Take charge of your week before it takes charge of you.
