One thing many parents don’t realize is that discipline is not always about raising your voice or punishment. Sometimes, the most effective correction comes through consistency, patience, and emotional connection.
A calm nanny is not necessarily a permissive nanny.
Children are learning boundaries, emotional regulation, and respect and that takes time, repetition, and teamwork between parents and caregivers.
