OASIS OF GOSHEN 2026 OLYMPIC COMPETITION
Saturday, 21st February 2026 marked a historic milestone as Blue House (Greece) clinched the coveted crown, emerging overall winner of the 1st Olympic Competition held at Government Primary School, Olakunle, Ikotun.
The colourful and highly competitive event was graced by the Proprietress of the School, Mrs M. O. Ajise; the Chairman of the Occasion, Mr. Falowo Oluwasegun; the Father of the Day, Elder William Folorunsho Olaoye; the Guest of Honour, Pastor Adegoke; and Special Guests, Mr. and Mrs. Diyan. Also in attendance were staff, parents, learners, representatives of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Man Oβ War, the Nigerian Police, and other sports enthusiasts who cheered passionately as athletes competed in athletics, parade, cycling, marathon, long jump, high jump, arm wrestling, and invited schoolsβ relay races.
After intense and thrilling contests, the final medal standings were as follows:

26 medals: 9 Gold, 8 Silver, 9 Bronze.
π₯ Germany (White House) β 2nd Position
25 medals: 9 Gold, 8 Silver, 8 Bronze.
π₯ South Africa (Yellow House) β 3rd Position
21 medals: 8 Gold, 5 Silver, 8 Bronze.
United States of America (Wine House) β 4th Position
18 medals: 7 Gold, 5 Silver, 6 Bronze.
Nigeria (Green House) β 5th Position
21 medals: 7 Gold, 4 Silver, 10 Bronze.
Netherlands β 6th Position
23 medals: 6 Gold, 11 Silver, 6 Bronze.
Australia (Purple House) β 7th Position
20 medals: 6 Gold, 8 Silver, 6 Bronze.
Great Britain β 8th Position
21 medals: 5 Gold, 9 Silver, 7 Bronze.
The 2026 Olympic Competition was more than a contest of medals; it was a bold statement of discipline, unity, courage, and excellence. It showcased the strength of teamwork, the beauty of healthy rivalry, and the unwavering spirit of Oasis of Goshen. The memories created will endure, and the standard set will challenge future competitions to rise even higher.
