The worst poverty is not necessarily finance. Sometimes, being born by a rich parent doesn't mean one gets the requisite care and love.

There are times parents, teachers, guardians, and family members feel frustrated over the action of children. The reason for the frustration is mostly dependent on actions exhibited by the child/ren. Some people blame the parent, while others withdraw their children from school. Some claim it is peer influence and hold the environment responsible. But indeed and in truth a typically developing child shows tantrums, breaks rules and disobeys. Is this normal? When does it become a concern?
