Irrespective of your school or class size, begin the year with goals and structures, for yourself and for the students.

While we have heard many things against creating new year goals and resolutions, you can’t run into the year without an idea of what you would be doing differently.
Yes, it won’t always be exactly easy, but it would help you control those things that are within your power as a Nigerian Teacher.
